Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America

Friday evening.. Feb 20 our last night a gentleman by the name of Steve really stood out. Kind, helpful, and polite. The entire staff was great.... Always greeted us in a professional manner and as well shared a kind greeting. Rooms and facility was clean. Our family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.... A peaceful environment. I'd stay again and highly recommend the facility to friends and family. Thank you

We had a great experience getting our room's broken toilet replaced, which wasn't working when we first checked in. Thanks to Snoqualmie Inn for having a maintenance employee like Steve Griboski on their staff. I would describe Steve as a highly skilled, professional who really did an excellent job. He finished the job in a very quick, and timely manner too, considering how much work he had to do. Also I should mention he was very nice, and personable. He made us feel very comfortable, and only have positive vibes when meeting him, and talking to him the rest of the time while he was here.

This is a great hotel. Very family friendly. Clean, well maintained, asthetic and wonderful service. Front desk and specifically Bolla the manager were extra attentive and lovely. We have three kids and not so easy for us to find a hotel that has comfortable enough rooms, but this hotel was even better and more comfortable than we thought. Good location for skiing in Snoqualmie pass and a few other nice attractions in the area. Good breakfast with a nice variety. We highly recommend!

When I started planning for a Christmas family weekend with some coming from out of state, Lori the Director of sales was very helpful booking our rooms and putting them close together and and gave us suggestions of things to do around the area because we were not going to be able to do the tubing due to the weather. Also Lily who helped us at the front desk quite a bit was very cheerful and helpful for anything that we needed. I would come back again and appreciated the friendly customer service and clean accommodations.

I had a wonderful stay and wanted to recognize the excellent service I received. Bolla and Belen did a fantastic and professional job accommodating my stay and made the experience very pleasant. Their hospitality really stood out. I also want to compliment the breakfast—it was great and a perfect start to the day. The suite studio and the entire building were very clean and well maintained, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the second time we are staying here. Rooms are wonderful but what really impressed was the quality of the staff. You have an outstanding front desk manager Bolla Abdelmseh. He really goes out of his way for guests. Also we want commend Lily at the front desk. We look forward to staying here again this is our favorite hotel.

This is our second time visiting! Pros: - Mountain view - Spacious queen studio for our family of 5 - breakfast buffet including hardworking staff to keep up with refills - friendly staff all around - overall clean facilities - 24/7 coffee, tea, hot water and Swiss Miss in lobby - location; easy walking distance to nearby restaurants/shops and Safeway around the corner Cons: - Thin floors you can hear all the footsteps above and we got a complaint from our room being too loud I think bc: - noisy cabinet doors when you close them - this time our room wasn’t cleaned as well as there were food crumbs on sofabed and near beds; creepy stains on beds - pool towels took an hour to replenish Overall a great value mostly due to the excellent staff~

Thumbs up for the service! Very nice and clean. We want to thank the guy who welcomed us on our first night we forgot his name but he said he's originally from Egypt! He was so nice and got along with my husband. He made our stay better. And shout out to Belen as well for the good service! We'll come back again! :)
